MAKE A DIFFERENCE - CHANGE LIVES…

At FTC we really do make a difference. We directly help those who attend our programmes or visit our Training & Resource Centres. We provide individual targeted advice and guidance as well as relevant training opportunities written to support people back to lawful employment.

We also make a difference to other agencies and our business partners working in and around the criminal justice field by providing them with an organisation they can work with and alongside that is professional, motivated and achieving results. In addition FTC ensures that we not only do what we say we will do but we provide feedback and evaluation to the partners with whom we work.

We make a difference to the community by supporting individuals at risk of re-offending and through realistic intervention we work to reduce crime and help them to look towards the future, with all the benefits that brings.

The work we do is at times challenging, occasionally frustrating but always rewarding and worthwhile. Making a difference to one individual might not seem that it will change the world but it will make the world of difference to that individual and those involved in their life.
